The art of pastry-making, the skill of master artisans and a culture of hospitality: Cova is preparing to share the expertise that has shaped the Milanese Maison since 1817. From 16 to 18 October 2026, its Milan and Paris locations will take part in Les Journées Particulières LVMH, the international initiative inviting the public to discover the places and crafts behind the Group’s Maisons.
This year’s theme, “At the Origins of Dreams”, explores the roots of creativity through nature, culture and craftsmanship. Bringing together 46 Maisons across 65 locations in 11 countries, the event will offer visitors the opportunity to meet artisans and gain a close-up view of their work.
For Cova, the occasion will reveal how its specialities come to life: from the selection of ingredients and the precision of each technique to the care devoted to welcoming guests.
In Milan, the historic pastry shop on Via Montenapoleone will host masterclasses celebrating Italian pastry excellence, featuring live demonstrations and guided tastings. Visitors will be able to watch the Master Pastry Chefs at work and discover the techniques and processes behind their creations. In Paris, the Rue du Pont-Neuf location will offer an experience centred on artisanal techniques, seasonal ingredients and creativity, bringing Italian tradition into dialogue with Parisian culture.
“We want to show how quality comes from everyday choices—from selecting ingredients to caring for every detail,” says Paola Faccioli, CEO of Cova. This commitment extends to hospitality, an essential part of the Maison’s identity and Milanese heritage.
Part of the LVMH Group since 2013, Cova will bring a story of expertise, heritage and shared knowledge to Les Journées Particulières, inviting the public to discover the work behind every bite.
