Louis Vuitton is set to bring its celebrated Art of Travel back to the road with the Louis Vuitton Dolomites Classic Run 2026, taking place from September 1 to 4. The exclusive event will connect Venice, the Dolomites and Monza through a refined journey dedicated to heritage, discovery and the timeless allure of classic cars.
The 2026 edition marks the return of a long-standing Maison tradition that began in 1993, with past routes crossing Malaysia, Tuscany, China and Bohemia. This new chapter will begin in Venice, where the last Classic Run concluded in 2012, creating a symbolic continuation of Louis Vuitton’s historic relationship with travel and automotive culture.
Starting from Villa Pisani in Stra, along the Riviera del Brenta, the route will cover around 600 kilometres through the spectacular landscapes of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Exceptional vintage cars from leading international collections will take part in a regularity race, blending elegance, performance and a spirit of adventure.
The journey will culminate in Monza, where the participating cars will parade on the legendary Autodromo Nazionale di Monza during the opening of the Formula 1 Italian Grand Prix™. A public exhibition at Villa Reale will further celebrate the meeting between classic motoring, Italian heritage and contemporary excellence.
For the occasion, Louis Vuitton will also collaborate with major cultural institutions and historic landmarks, including Villa Pisani, the MUVE Musei Civici di Venezia, Reggia di Monza and Milan’s Castello Sforzesco, reinforcing the Maison’s commitment to preserving and enhancing cultural heritage.
The winner will receive a special trophy designed by Sabine Marcelis and crafted by Venini, housed in a bespoke Louis Vuitton Trophy Trunk. With the Dolomites Classic Run 2026, the Maison once again transforms travel into an art form: a journey across landscapes, history and speed, where savoir-faire meets the open road.
