To celebrate the first anniversary of its iconic American locations, Dior has commissioned British artist Alex Chinneck to create a series of spectacular window displays across New York and Beverly Hills. The immersive project blends contemporary art, urban surrealism and the Maison’s couture heritage.

On 57th Street in New York, House of Dior presents nine sculptural installations reinterpreting iconic symbols of the city — yellow taxis, traffic lights and clocks — transforming them into poetic and unexpected compositions. A tribute to “the city that never sleeps,” reimagined through Chinneck’s ironic and visionary language.

In Beverly Hills, the creative dialogue continues with five works inspired by the imagery of the West Coast: cars, ornamental street lamps and urban details are twisted, intertwined and reshaped into theatrical elements evoking couture bows, drapery and ribbons.

The result is a visual narrative suspended between fashion, art and architecture, reaffirming the historic bond between the House founded by Christian Dior and the United States — a relationship that dates back to 1947. An immersive experience that transforms the boutiques into true contemporary artworks.
