LVMH has announced the nine finalists of the 13th edition of the LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers, the award dedicated to emerging international fashion talent. The selection follows the semi-final held on 4 and 5 March at La Samaritaine in Paris, where twenty young designers, chosen from over 2,400 applicants, presented their creations to the Prize Experts.
The final will take place on Friday, 4 September 2026 at the Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris. On that occasion, the jury will award the LVMH Prize, the Karl Lagerfeld Prize and the Savoir-Faire Prize.
The finalists of the 2026 LVMH Prize are:
- COLLEEN ALLEN by Colleen Allen, United States, womenswear;
- DE PINO by Gabriel Figueiredo, France, womenswear;
- INSTITUTION by Galib Gassanoff, Georgia, womenswear, menswear and genderless collections;
- JULIE KEGELS by Julie Kegels, Belgium, womenswear;
- LII by Zane Li, China, womenswear and menswear;
- PETRA FAGERSTRÖM by Petra Fagerström, Sweden, womenswear;
- PONTE by Harry Pontefract, United Kingdom, womenswear and menswear;
- THE VXLLEY by Daniel del Valle Fernandez, Spain, genderless collections;
- YOSHITA 1967 by Anil Padia, Kenya, womenswear.
The shortlist confirms the international scope of the Prize, with designers from the United States, Europe, China and, for the first time, Kenya. Delphine Arnault underlined how the finalists expressed a distinctive creative vision while offering sophisticated interpretations of traditional craftsmanship.
The finalists will be assessed by a jury composed of:

- Maria Grazia Chiuri, Chief Creative Officer, Fendi;
- Nicolas Ghesquière, Artistic Director of women’s collections, Louis Vuitton;
- Marc Jacobs, Founder and designer, Marc Jacobs;
- Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, Creative Directors, Loewe;
- Stella McCartney, Founder and Creative Director, Stella McCartney;
- Camille Miceli, Artistic Director, Pucci;
- Nigo, Artistic Director, Kenzo;
- Phoebe Philo, Founder and Artistic Director, Phoebe Philo;
- Michael Rider, Creative Director, Celine;
- Pharrell Williams, Men’s Creative Director, Louis Vuitton;
- Delphine Arnault, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Christian Dior Couture;
- Pietro Beccari, Chief Executive Officer, Louis Vuitton, and Chief Executive Officer, LVMH Fashion Group;
- Jean-Paul Claverie, Advisor to Bernard Arnault and Director of Patronage, LVMH;
- Sidney Toledano, Advisor to the LVMH Chairman and CEO.
Among the new members joining the jury this year are Jack McCollough, Lazaro Hernandez, Camille Miceli, Michael Rider and Pietro Beccari, welcomed by Delphine Arnault to the panel that will select the winners.
The winner of the LVMH Prize will receive a €400,000 endowment and a one-year tailored mentorship from LVMH teams. The winners of the Karl Lagerfeld Prize and the Savoir-Faire Prize will each receive €200,000, along with a one-year mentorship from the Group.
