ArtyA Genève unveils the Complexity

With Complexity, ArtyA moves beyond traditional watchmaking. This is not just about measuring time—it is about staging it.

In the world of haute horlogerie, where innovation often lies hidden in microscopic details, ArtyA takes a radically different approach: making complexity visible, dramatic, almost hypnotic. Unveiled at Watches & Wonders 2026, Complexity is not simply a new timepiece, but a statement of intent. It transforms timekeeping into a visual experience, closer to a kinetic sculpture than a traditional watch.

A Movement Meant to Be Seen

At its heart, two constantly rotating mechanisms interact in perfect balance. This is not only about precision, but about rhythm and choreography—a mechanical dialogue unfolding in real time. Every angle reveals a new perspective, every detail contributes to a sense of movement that is as captivating as it is intricate.

Transparency as a Language

The fully sapphire case removes any barrier between the observer and the movement. Light flows through the watch, enhancing depth and creating a sense of weightlessness. The result is an object that feels almost suspended in space, where mechanics dissolve into pure visual expression.

Design as Vision

Complexity is also a story of collaboration across generations. Conceived by founder Yvan Arpa and designed by his son Jérémie, the watch reflects a shared vision. Its organic lines and fluid shapes are not driven by technical necessity alone, but by the desire to create a form that exists to reveal what lies within.

Produced in an extremely limited edition, Complexity is intended for a small circle of collectors. It is not designed to be worn as a statement, but to be contemplated.
