For Louis Vuitton’s Fall/Winter 2026 women’s collection, Nicolas Ghesquière turns to the ultimate designer: nature. Titled Super Nature, the collection imagines clothing shaped by landscapes—mountains, forests, and plains—where instinct, protection, and movement inform a new language of silhouette.

Elements like wind, rain, and sun appear to sculpt the garments, creating exaggerated volumes and organic details that echo traditional dress while projecting a futuristic sensibility. The result feels like a new folklore for the digital age, where heritage and technology coexist.

Flora and fauna leave their mark across the collection: reworked animalier patterns woven into canvas and denim, leather flowers that function as decoration and armor, and tactile surfaces inspired by the natural world. Ghesquière calls it hyper-craft—a fusion of artisanal savoir-faire with innovation, from 3D-printed details to buttons resembling minerals and heels shaped like antlers.

Accessories reconnect the house with its travel heritage. The iconic Noé bag returns in its original 1932 proportions and colors, reaffirming Louis Vuitton’s enduring spirit of exploration.

Staged in the Cour Carrée of the Louvre, the show unfolded within a futuristic landscape designed by Jeremy Hindle—part pastoral painting, part sci-fi tableau—framing a collection that blurs the boundaries between nature, craft, and the imagination.
