In April 2026, Geneva will once again become the epicenter of global watchmaking—but this year, time won’t be confined to display cases and exhibition halls. From April 14 to 20, Watches and Wonders Geneva returns with its most ambitious edition yet, transforming not only the Salon but the entire city into a living, breathing celebration of craftsmanship, innovation, and culture

The 2026 edition marks a decisive step forward. With the arrival of 11 new brands and an expanded In The City program, the event confirms its evolution from an industry gathering into a fully immersive urban festival. More than 6,000 retailers, 1,600 journalists, and approximately 15,000 invited guests are expected to attend, while the public is invited to engage with watchmaking in ways that go far beyond the traditional fair format.
What truly sets this year apart is the dialogue between horology and culture. For the first time, an exclusive partnership with the Montreux Jazz Festival brings live music into the heart of Geneva. A new venue on Quai Général-Guisan—open every evening—will host concerts and DJ sets inspired by the intimate spirit of the legendary Montreux Jazz Club, merging sound, atmosphere, and time into a shared sensory experience.

Throughout the city, watchmaking becomes accessible, educational, and playful. The Watchmaking Village at Pont de la Machine will offer workshops, career pathways, and guided tours, while brand boutiques will animate the streets with presentations and surprises. Even Geneva’s iconic Flower Clock will be reimagined in the colors of the event, signaling that for one week, time truly belongs to the city.
Inside the Salon, innovation takes center stage. The LAB enters a new chapter with a redesigned space showcasing cutting-edge technologies and around fifteen selected start-ups focused on sustainability, social impact, and forward-thinking solutions. The collaboration with ECAL continues, inviting visitors to experience time through experimental design installations, while the Wake Up! exhibition offers a poetic and historical journey through humanity’s relationship with the alarm clock—from medieval bells to bedside companions.

Watches and Wonders Geneva 2026 is no longer just about unveiling new timepieces. It is about redefining how time is experienced, shared, and celebrated. By opening itself to the city, to music, to design, and to the public, the event positions watchmaking not only as a luxury industry, but as a cultural language—one that speaks to everyone, one moment at a time.
