Observing nature always teaches something: there are no absolute truths, only systems in constant motion, capable of adapting and transforming. Haute couture follows the same logic: it is a creative laboratory where experimentation meets craftsmanship, and traditional techniques are not relics, but living tools to reimagine the present.

For Jonathan Anderson, Dior’s Creative Director, inspiration comes from objects marked by time: ancient materials, historical fabrics, fossils, and meteorites become catalysts for new ideas.

His first couture collection is conceived as a wunderkammer, a space where museum-quality pieces and natural wonders coexist and transform, preserving knowledge through practice.

The collection blends nature and artifice, old and new: freshly gathered cyclamens, gifted by John Galliano, coexist with the sculptural works of Magdalene Odundo, showcasing a couture in constant dialogue between tradition and innovation.
