On May 15, 2025, for the third consecutive year, the restaurant Arnaud Donckele & Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton, located at the White 1921 hotel, will reopen its doors with an enveloping culinary concept conceived by the Michelin-starred chef, Arnaud Donckele, and pastry chef, Maxime Frédéric.
Over the years, Arnaud Donckele and Maxime Frédéric have worked hand in hand, championing the craftsmanship of exceptional ingredients that echoes the great tradition of Louis Vuitton.
