Golden Goose unveils an unforgettable experience by presenting its new pop-up at The Corner Shop, Selfridges, celebrated with an exclusive event that took place on Thursday 13 March. A special evening that brought together music, communities and friends of the brand. Guests included TV Presenter AJ Odudu, DJ Arielle Free, singer Kara Marni, content creators Janelle Zhamerova, Nuria Ma and Phoebe Torrance.
From 10 March to 12 April, the pop-up will be the beating heart of Co-Creation and a celebration of shared experiences.
The Corner Shop is transformed into “The Archive of Dreams”, a space inspired by Golden Goose’s Venetian headquarters and its artisan tradition. The pop-up combines vintage charm with contemporary savoir-faire, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with reclaimed wood walls and souvenirs that tell stories of passion and creativity.
At the centre of it all, a vintage table invites you to live the Co-Creation experience. Here, customers become protagonists, personalizing their favorite pieces with patches, charms, pins, crystals and a variety of decorations. Each piece comes to life thanks to unique artisanal treatments, such as distressing, embroidery and hand paintings, transforming into an exclusive object that tells the story of the person who wears it.
Next to the Co-Creation space, Golden Goose unveils the Con Amore corner, where every moment becomes a gesture of love. Inspired by the characteristic Italian flower shops, this welcoming area elevates the gift to an art form by adding a finishing touch with curated ribbons and decorative bows. The Con Amore corner surprises visitors with coffee, fresh flowers and other sweet surprises.
“We are thrilled to bring our craftsmanship and heritage to such an iconic space. This pop-up offers a unique opportunity to connect with the Selfridges community and customers, showcasing our DNA and Co-Creation services. It is much more than a retail space, it is an immersive journey where craftsmanship and community come together, putting the customer at the centre of every experience,” says Golden Goose CEO Silvio Campara.
Every week, The Corner Shop will offer new surprises, with a different focus on the products: Ready-to-Wear, Boots, Bags & Accessories, and Sneakers, including exclusive limited-edition pieces and items from the Archive collection. The protagonist will also be the exclusive preview of the True-Star sneaker, whose global release is expected in mid-April and which until then will only be available at Selfridges.
Every week, Golden Goose will organize immersive Co-Creation workshops. Customers will be able to personalise various products such as their Marathon Sneakers, adding unique details such as tab switches, charms and key rings on the Forty2 Sneakers and archive pieces with tattoo-inspired designs. In addition to the product-related workshops, there will also be a nail art workshop.
This pop-up represents an important step in Golden Goose’s expansion into the UK. “This is just the start of a stronger presence here, culminating with the opening of our flagship store on Mount Street later this year, a place that will take the in-store experience and Co-Creation to new heights,” said Silvio Campara.
Golden Goose invites you to enter its world of Co-Creation, craftsmanship and love at the Corner Shop at Selfridges, where every product becomes a personal expression and every detail tells a unique story.
