The European Fine Art Foundation in Maastricht – also known as TEFAF – opens its doors from 15 to 20 March 2025, offering the best of art, from ancient to contemporary, from paintings to jewellery, from sculptures to furniture.

Born in 1988 and known as the most important exhibition for antiquities and design, TEFAF manages to bring together 7,000 years of unique works of art in this edition thanks to 260 prestigious exhibitors from around 20 countries.

The history that links Buccellati to TEFAF began in 1992, the year in which the Maison understood the importance of participating in this event and therefore presented its high jewellery creations. In the following twenty years, until 2014, Buccellati remained faithful to TEFAF and participated in all the editions, bringing creations of the highest jewelry and silverware, fueling curiosity and interest in the Maison by the visitors who attended the event.

Today, after 11 years, Buccellati returns to TEFAF with novelties always in line with the tradition of the Maison. In honor of this great return, Buccellati presents a selection that celebrates the creative genius of Gianmaria Buccellati, the one who brought the Maison for the first time to this important fair, up to the new collections designed by Andrea Buccellati who continues to bring his creative touch to jewelry and silver.

Among these, some new pieces of high jewelry, created specifically for this important celebration such as the bracelet and necklace set designed by Andrea Buccellati from the Opera High Jewellery collection, which through the meticulous Tulle workmanship enhances the Renaissance shape of the iconic flower logo of the Maison.

Vintage objects such as diamond-studded brooches from the 1960s and a splendid set of earrings, pendant and brooch with aquamarines from the 1970s tell the story of Gianmaria Buccellati’s passion for goldsmith art and bear witness to the Maison’s artisanal tradition.

The world of silverware completes the Buccellati selection, with new sumptuous silver pieces such as the poppy centrepiece juxtaposed with highly sought-after products and other more iconic ones. These objects, which are finely crafted with ancient embossing and chiselling techniques, represent an integral part of the Maison’s identity. The refined mastery of the Maison Buccellati in working silver with semi-precious stones, bamboo, horn, porcelain and Murano glass extends seamlessly to all objects for the home.

Nicolas Luchsinger, CEO of the brand, says: “The renewed presence at TEFAF is a source of great pride for Buccellati and the Richemont Group – of which Buccellati has been part since 2019 – has encouraged and supported this return, confirming the trust placed in the Maison, in its know-how and in its ability to always amaze, after years, imbued with a timeless beauty, beyond places and fashions.”
