Through a collection launched in an ultra-limited series, the flamboyant Italian fashion House of Pucci is revisiting Guerlain’s iconic make-up products for autumn 2024.
This new collaboration celebrating colour in its boldest dimension has been a joint endeavour. Camille Miceli, Pucci Artistic Director, and Violette, Guerlain Creative Make Up Director, have combined their talent to create a make-up collection with intense colour contrasts.
Pucci holds a distinctive place in fashion history. It has the status of an iconic House established in Florence that has built its legendary reputation on the sumptuous avant-garde prints invented by its founder, Emilio Pucci. Since 2021, the year when she was appointed artistic director of Pucci, the Franco-Italian designer Camille Miceli has been bringing a new lease of life full of joie de vivre and a stylistic dolce vita with radiant colours and refined details.
Designed in 1968, the Marmo motif is inspired by the ripples of the sun on the Mediterranean Sea. Under Camille Miceli’s direction, Marmo has now adopted magnetic shades with psychedelic accents. And, for this limited-edition collection, the Italian label’s artistic director has cloaked the packs of the shades created for the occasion in this bold print. Gilt and bright colours combine in a beautiful enamel effect. A spectacular finish turning these precious objects into collector’s items in their own right, each containing colour palettes specially chosen by Violette.
