Golden Goose marks its Parisian debut during Fashion Week with the eagerly awaited HAUS of Dreamers Paris event. After the success of its first inaugural HAUS of Dreamers event in Venice – with Dreamers Suki Waterhouse, Quannah Chasinghorse, SUNMI, Dr. Woo and Fabio Novembre – Golden Goose has landed in Paris.
In the splendid setting of Le Jardin des Plantes, HAUS of Dreamers Paris celebrated local communities, unity and freedom of expression with an experiential, engaging event, that intertwined skateboarding with the Parisian soul.
Immersed in a lunar atmosphere, a sculptural “skate arena” opened the evening by hosting an adrenaline-fueled performance performed by a dream team of international skateboarding talents, led by brand ambassador Cory Juneau, supported by skaters Rune Glifberg, Brooklinn Khoury, Zhang Xin, and friend of the brand Olympic gold medalist Keegan Palmer.
Golden Goose presented its new Journey SS24 collection through an exclusive choreography of skateboarders and models, consolidating the brand’s strong connection with skateboarding. The skaters performed wearing their own co-designed PRO skateboarding sneakers, which will launch in the coming months. In particular, Cory Juneau wore the Paris Ball Star PRO, inspired by the Ville Lumière and embellished with a sparkling sole. The model was launched during the live performance and will be available exclusively online and in some selected Parisian boutiques.
After the performance, guests were revealed to the communities of local Dreamers who helped create a unique bond between the brand and the city of Paris. A series of cool and iconic Parisian establishments such as Hotel Grand Amour, L'Arrosoir, Union Boulangerie, Room Service, Rupture Arts & Books, Le Dauphin, Pacific Coast Vintage and Masala Noir. These Dreamers perfectly embody the soul of the different neighborhoods of the city. Each with their own miniature HAUS entertained the guests, with unique and engaging experiences.
During the week preceding the event, from September 25th to October 2nd, Golden Goose was the protagonist of a take over of the city of Paris. Joining forces with its local Dreamers, the brand hosted several activations guiding passersby to discover them through digital maps across the city. For a limited period, at Dreamers locations, customers also had the opportunity to discover special concepts created for Golden Goose HAUS of Dreamers Paris. These collaborations have ranged from a special menu takeover at Hotel Grand Amour, to exclusive flower bouquets crafted at L’Arrosoir, to the Apéro Club created at Rupture Arts & Books, to the biscuits of Union Boulangerie up to the food pop-up of Room Service in the Marais.
The takeover culminated with the HAUS of Dreamers Paris event, where Dreamed By collectibles, co-designed with each Dreamer, were exhibited in an exclusive preview for guests and will only subsequently be made available for purchase, with periodic drops in limited edition.
Liam Payne, Paul Wesley, Issa Rae, Justine Skye, Ava Phillippe, Matthew Noszka, Inanna Sarkis, Carlacia Grant, Sara Sampaio, Indya Moore, Model Roz, Leonie Hanne, Xenia Adonts, Kanika Kapoor, Noor Stars, Farahana Abohdi, Mahira Abdel Azziz, Achille Lauro, were among the notable guests who participated in the special evening of live performances and the exclusive afterparty with music by Breakbot B2B Irfane and Perel.
To celebrate the city, the brand is also hosting several experiential pop-ups at iconic Parisian shopping venues such as Le Bon Marché (from 25 August to 24 October), Galeries Lafayette Haussmann (from 29 September to 22 October) and Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées (from 2 October to 22 October).
