The universe according to Hermès. Christmas Cosmos is the magical installation that illuminates the maison’s Christmas windows. A spatial landscape whose protagonist is a sparkling winged Pegasus, suspended between bright planets and galaxies, made with the fabrics of the home collection.
A universe in which accessories from the autumn-winter collection shine, from the pumps with wings to the Cinethyque bag, from the iconic enamel bracelets to the empty hand-painted porcelain pockets. The universe of Hermès is composed of different worlds, as many as there are métiers of the maison.
Designed for the boutiques in Via Montenapoleone in Milan and in Via Bocca di Leone in Rome and born from the collaboration between three young artists from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts and the window designer Luca Sacchi, the new set-up has a special feature: operating a button placed externally on the glass, passers-by will activate the scene, making the planets rotate.
