More Dash Showroom opened the doors for Spring-Summer 17 Collection during Paris Fashion Week. This season the showroom represented 12 upcoming brands from Ukraine, Georgia, Latvia and Thailand. Anna October, Anouki, Alonova, Dafna May, Deeply Personal, FLOW the Label, V by Gres, Marianna Senchina, Negliges, Proskurovskaya, rotsaniyom and Vozianov gained the opportunity to introduce the collections to international buyers and press from all over the world.

In SS17 season More Dash intentionally reduced the number the brands represented for buyers to concentrate the attention particularly on each designer. 6 designers are growing rapidly from season to season and 6 new brands have been represented for the first time: Alonova, Dafna May, V by Gres, Negliges, Proskurovskaya and Vozianov. The amount of buyers visiting and ordering also increased one a half times in comparison to previous season.

1- ONE SHOULDER STYLE

Anna October is a Ukrainian womenswear label that transforms femininity in a new playful way. Brand’s product evokes feeling of youthfulness with its original design. Modern grace and joy are key words to Anna October aesthetics, which took heart of all the style icons and top on the street style and Cannes Red Carpet: Aimee Song (SongOfStyle), Daria Shapovalova, Manrepeller, Ekaterina Mukhina. Anouki is Georgian, Tbilisi-based brand, established in July 2013, with head designer and founder of the brand Anouki Areshidze. Mix of Italian education in fashion, natural elegance and attention to the traditional Georgian technics makes Anouki unique and remarkable. Shoe line of the brand is featured by numerous publications and her FW1617 show at Mercedes-Benz Kiev Fashion Days is covered by Vogue Runway. Anouki is also a finalist of Vogue Talents x Yoox project in Palazzo Morando with her FW1617 collection.

Dafna May is a womenswear brand established in 2016 in Ukraine by the graduate of Regent’s University in London — Dafna Mayberg. The short name of the designer’s surname “Mayberg” — May — symbolizes the most beautiful month of the spring and in the same time the philosophy of the brand: freshness, brightness and innocence. “Sweet Sixteen” is first collection of Dafna May. Dafna showed her debut collection in the frames of Mercedes-Benz Kiev Fashion Days.

4-GINGHAM XL

Marianna Senchina has debuted with her graduate Istituto Marangoni Milano collection at Mercedes-Benz Kiev Fashion Days and became a favourite of the press at once. Her bright ideas with great styling and attention to the quality, experimental details, crafting and ironically fun ideas transform into the DNA and success of Marianna Senchina. The garments are mixed between feminine and unisex silhouettes, however are high demanded among the streetstyle icons and appeared in all the major street style reports. Vogue Runway featured her FW1516 collection, shown at Mercedes-Benz Kiev Fashion Days and from the very first season in More Dash Showroom in Paris the interest of the buyers and orders are growing.

5-HANDBAGS IS A OLD STORY

Négligés is a new upcoming Ukrainian brand that makes high street clothes using provocative letterings and prints created in collaborations with artists from all over the world. Négligés debuted with its SS17 collection on Mercedes-Benz Kiev Fashion Days and then the collection for the first time was introduced to the international buyers in More Dash Showroom. Négligés is a neglect to all the rules and standards.
