Maria Grazia Chiuri for Dior?   

Finalmente una dichiarazione ufficiale di Valentino che confonde ancora di  più chi ha seguito i dispacci via Instagram di Suzy Menkes (che riprende la reuters).

La notizia è che finalmente, dopo quasi un anno dall’abbandono di Raf Simons a Dior, la Maison francese potrebbe avere per la prima volta (nei suoi 70 anni di storia) una designer donna e sarebbe per i più informati Maria Grazia Chiuri (attualmente in Valentino), che ha l’esperienza e un gusto raffinatissimo e che potrebbe rivoluzionare Dior e farlo tornare ai fasti del suo creatore.

Valentino dichiara “no comment” in relazione alla notizia e cerca di tenere calmo l’ambiente, per rispettare il lavoro del team in funzione della sfilata per l’haute couture del prossimo 6 luglio 2016.

Una parte della stampa di settore (nello specifico wwd.com e Elle.com) hanno dato spazio alla notizia e un’altra parte (vogue.us e vogue.fr) preferisce aspettare l’ufficialità.

Finally an official statement of Valentino on the “Dior Affaire” that still confounds those who have followed the dispatches via Instagram by Suzy Menkes.

The news is that, finally , after nearly a year of the abandonment of Raf Simons at Dior , the French company might have for the first time ( in his 70 years of history ) a woman as designer and would be – for the most informed – Maria Grazia Chiuri (currently at Valentino ) , she has the experience and a refined taste that could revolutionize Dior and get it back to the glories of its creator.

Valentino declares “no comment ” in relation to the news and tries to keep calm the Valentino’s team, to respect the work of the team in relation with the forthcoming Haute Couture show scheduled on July 6, 2016 .

Part of the fashion world press (wwd.com and Elle.com ) have given space to the news and another part ( vogue.us and vogue.fr ) prefer to wait for the official.
