Anthony Gaeta, was born in Palermo in 1976.
He attended art school and the Academy of Fine Arts in Palermo.
For about 20 years working in the  visual arts experiencing materials and different techniques such as glass, plastic, canvas and wooden supports. His works arise from a written thought, an emotion which is translated first on paper and then transferred to the support of his choice.

Gaeta believes that words are a privileged means to communicate  his emotions.

In the last phase of his art study, painting began as a form not only as preparation of color, this becomes a way to go beyond the boundary of the canvas, beyond the margin conceived as a framework to describe differently the idea of the artist.

Fundamental is the color ,in addition to the visual impact,it also have a “eschatological” value.
The color follows a path dictated by their desire for knowledge and truth of the various religious doctrines to which assigns a precise meaning and orderly. This becomes a vehicle for the story, a tale of human and symbolic.

The gradations of color seem flat, from dark to light colors, as if emerged from the darkness into the light, as was the case of the icon.
