Life is beautiful! Alcantara e Manish Arora.

Alcantara collabora con lo stilista Manish Arora per esprimere felicità e bellezza attraverso un’iconica installazione artistica, protagonista alla mostra Cars & Fashion Exhibition al Le Mondial de l’Automobile 2014.

Alcantara è l’unico produttore al mondo dell’omonimo materiale di lusso che ha applicazioni in tantissime industrie, come ad esempio in quella dell’automobile e in quella della moda, anche quest’anno si è confermata come protagonista e main partner della mostra Cars & Fashion Exhibition al Le Mondial de l’Automobile 2014, che si svolgerà dal 2 fino al 19 Ottobre.

Questo materiale rigorosamente e orgogliosamente Made in Italy è il risultato di una tecnologia esclusiva e proprietaria che non ha eguali in tutto il mondo, in questo caso è davvero eccezionale la collaborazione con uno dei nomi più stimati della Parigi Fashion Week: Manish Arora.

Lo stilista indiano ha reinterpretato Alcantara con una magnifica installazione artistica intitolata “Life is Beautiful”, una casa fantastica che brilla al buio e trasmette gioia e bellezza, insieme all’installazione anche 3 enormi gonne fatte a mano con diverse interpretazioni dell’estetica e e della funzionalità e delle qualità sensoriali del materiale.

Una delle gonne ha ricamate delle macchine che si arrampicano su strade tortuose, un’altra ha le iconiche strisce di Manish con i gummy bears, fiori, caramelle e cuori, la terza gonna invece è una riflessione fluorescente sulla vita…tutto sboccia di gioia!

“La vita è bella…innocente eppure forte. Interpretando i colori del DNA di Alcantara, con ricami e una buona dose di felicità, ho riflettuto sul mio modo di vivere e di pensare…qualunque cosa accada!”

Alcantara ha organizzato un “one night event” per scoprire e svelare l’installazione di Manish Arora, il 2 Ottobre dalle 8 fino a mezzanotte al  “Car & Fashion Show” – Le Mondial de l’Automobile Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

Il progetto sarà visitabile fino al 19 Ottobre 2014.

Alcantara collaborates with Manish Arora to express happiness and beauty in an iconic art installation, protagonist of the Cars & Fashion Exhibition at Le Mondial de l’Automobile 2014.

Alcantara, world’s only producer of the homonymous hi-tech luxury material with application in several industries, as much a key player in automotive as in fashion industry, has confirmed itself as the protagonist and main partner of the Cars & Fashion Exhibition at Le Mondial de l’Automobile 2014 in Paris, from the opening night event of the 2nd until 19th of October.

The Made in Italy material, result of a unique and proprietary technology and with no equals in the world, emphasizes its presence and countless applications in fashion segment, with particular refer to the exceptional collaboration with one of the most esteemed names in Paris fashion week: Manish Arora.

Alcantara has been interpreted by the Indian designer Manish Arora to compose a magnificent art installation titled “Life is Beautiful”,  a fantasy house that glows in blue light and conveys a feeling of happiness and beauty, together with three voluminous handcrafted skirts created with different interpretations of the avant-garde material and its aesthetic, functional and sensory qualities.

One of the embroidered skirts has cars on twirling roads, another has Manish Arora stripes with gummy bears, flowers, candies, hearts, while the third is a fluorescent reflection on life…all blooming in glee!

Manish Arora says: «Life is beautiful… innocent yet fierce. Dwelling on Alcantara DNA of colors, embroideries and happiness, I reflected on my way of life and of thinking…whatever happens! ».

Alcantara will offer a one night event to discover the iconic installation by the inspiring designer Manish Arora the 2nd October 2014 from 8 pm to midnight at “Car & Fashion Show” – Le Mondial de l’Automobile Paris Expo Porte de Versailles – Hall 8.
The project will be exposed until 19th of October
