Per chi ama il vino, c’è un luogo di benessere, affacciato sulle Dolomiti dove il vino è sia sulla tavola, sia in vasca da bagno. Alla spa Paravis dell’hotel Tyrol a Selva di Val Gardena, ci si immerge – letteralmente – per 90 minuti nei profumi dei vigneti dell’Alto Adige. Questo insolito trattamento si chiama “Rituale corpo Di – Vino”, e unisce il benessere con la buona tavola.

Il bagno è seguito da un piacevole massaggio all’olio di vinacciolo e, come finale, viene offerta una piacevole degustazione con un calice di vino e formaggi e speck locali. Il tutto in pieno relax. All’hotel Tyrol di Selva di Valgardena, con Bibiana Dirler, altoatesina e il marito, Maurizio Micheli, toscano, il vino ha sicuramente un ruolo importante: le note del vino sono accentuate dai piatti dello chef Alessandro Martellini, che presenta nel frattempo anche il nuovo ristorante Suinsom inaugurato a dicembre 2017 all’interno della struttura stessa. Inebriati sono tutti i 5 sensi, compresa la pelle: i polifenoli contenuti nel vino sono potenti antiossidanti che contrastano la formazione di radicali liberi, rassodando la pelle e donandole elasticità e levigatezza. Il benessere continua con il relax nella piscina coperta, riscaldata sempre a 30 ° con il pavimento in lastre di marmo e circondata da pannelli e soffitti di stucco e roccia solcati da travature di antico legno massiccio. Ci si immerge poi nella vasca esterna idromassaggio circondati dalle montagne; si entra nella romantica sauna di legno, situata in giardino oppure si provano le saune e i bagni turchi nell’area spa interna: la sauna aromatica, realizzata interamente in legno profumato, raggiunge temperature elevate oltre i 60° mantenendo tuttavia un’umidità relativamente bassa pari al 35%; sauna stube, studiata appositamente per stimolare il rilassamento del corpo e una naturale pulizia della pelle, attraverso un bagno fisioterapico a secco riscaldato intorno ai 90° e ad umidità controllata; bagno turco; vasca salina per un bagno ristoratore caldo e sala relax.
