White Man & Woman – new format and exhibition

At White Man & Woman, the contemporary fashion trade-show on show from 17th to 19th June, the excellence of Italian craftsmanship gets back on stage. 12 brands, encompassing womenswear and menswear, accessories and jewels, will be the protagonists of the third edition of It;s Time to Contemporary Artisan – concept designed to spot and shine a light on the best hand-made collections – with the collaboration of White and Confartigianato Imprese, under the banner of Miac (Moda Italiana Artigiani Contemporary).

The selected brands will enliven the White Artisan Lounge in Via Tortona 27 with collections created ad hoc in the most important Italian production hubs: from Macerata’s footwear manufacturing hub there will be Alex’s hyper-flexible footwear; the elegant derby shoes by Dis; the colourful flip-flops for men by Giampieronicola; the flats with Bologna decoration by Kyara, the embroidered bags and shoes by Valentino Orlandi. That’s not all. The goldsmiths from Arezzo with Nemesi and from Torre del Greco with Cameo Italiano, act as a counterpart for the expertise of the renown Salento laboratories, the place of birth of Giorgio Corvaglia’s Mediterranean dandy. From Rome Amba’s beachwear collection, Patrizia Corvaglia, author of an unequivocally contemporary jewelry line, and, last but not least, Patrizia Pozzato’s whispered elegance.
