Pre-fall 2017: the Blumarine romantic woman

For the pre-fall 2017, Anna Molinari created for Blumarine a very feminine dress guard with as keyword “Romanticism”. The collection offers pieces with audacious femininity, skilful mixture of delicacy and impulsive madness.

The collection in the British spirit seems like marked London fog bringing a marked New Romantic touch.

British touches are present in the printed patterns: reworked Scottish tiles with blooming Liberty patterns.

Another reminder to the Brit style : improbable printed associations are daring as the mix between a blue dress with Liberty flowers worn under a leopard print jacket.

The velvets and Chantilly lace printed are the highlights of this pre-collection 2017. The sets of fabrics used for the garment gives the impression of a real puzzle composed of mink, fox and murmel, cleverly mixed with satins , Evening chiffon, lamé jersey, Cady, wool loop and shearling … a real game of materials.

The silhouette is worked to highlight the waist and selected materials perfectly fit the body creating a set of contrasts with different weights, textures and luminosities.

The fairly sober and autumnal colors are revived with orange-colored pop pieces for a flashy touch.

Others offer an ocean blue like this set in silk pajama set.

The accessories perfectly complement this romantic atmosphere by bringing a little of the Blumarine DNA with reinterpretations in fur from the Odette Bag and the famous shoes Heels Midy trimmed with rhinestones for an impertinent touch.
